      ksi:
So I popped by the TCM and this physician did an acupuncture on me and it was the first time I had acupuncture. When she did it, she told me acupuncture would be really fast effect. Being a skeptic, I took her words with a pinch of salt  , as I expected immediate relief but did not get it.

However, the magic happened on my way home....the moment I hit home, the pain was all gone. Actually that was already quite a good speed of recovery considering I had been walking around with the pain for at least 2 days.
As I'm not a fan of needles, I think acupuncture is out for me. When I said traditional oriental remedy, I was hoping that someone can recommend my favourite food leh. Frog legs or pig trotters. Then I got justification to put on more weight. But now I've to do with only bananas

Alamak. Indeed, I'm Doctor Quack.

Hope ksi's message reached you before you glugged down that bottle of 100plus, marfch. It completely makes sense, ksi. Glad you're feeling better now.

About those bananas and stretching ...
Oh, I'm sure one can of 100plus won't harm me too much. I've volume, of the bodily kind

          BlurBee:

Markfch, I dun know whether man's leg cramp has any similarity with woman. What I know for woman is shortage of calcium. That's the reason why pregnant woman tends to have leg cramp.
Depending on your line of sight, I may look pregnant at times

From personal experience, thyroid disorder also can cause leg muscle cramp. So you might want to request for a blood test if the cramp persists.

Btw, i have this leg pain for quite sometime already (prob over 2 yrs))

                    any1 experiences it, pl advice......

i have this pain coming fr the foot of my legs, both legs.....
it'll be worse if i walk too much, like doing shopping (haha, sounded like an old lady, right???)

some info abt me, i am not overweight
i dun wear high heels, in fact becos of this pain,
i only wear scholls shoes/ sandals (have to forgo all those nice shoes, sigh!!)

i went for acupuncture b4, it dun really helps, prob becos i am not consisitent
some TCM docs said that it's due to my back,
so the acupuncture was done on my back (btw, i dun have any back injuries b4)
while others did the acupuncture on my leg and foot.....

another TCM doc recommended me to go for tai ji (i am skeptical abt it)

any1 can provide more info /advice for me. TIA....... 😄
