I think u have 50-50% chances of no balloting for Phase 2B.

Pei Hwa in 2009 2B phases is 78 by 78.

Further this year is only 330 places compared to 2009 360 places. Furthermore, I can see there's an increase rates too for this year.

That's not very encouraging. Any chance of tweaking system to 99% in my favour? You know what, actually MOE is very kind. If locals go casinos, we have to fork out $100 each. But sch balloting is free of charge

Good luck!!! Registrations starts at 8am or 8.30am? For those who register at Rosyth can you share how long to wait for registration & whether need to ballot for this phase? You will only be informed via post right? Thanks & good luck to all parents registering for this phase!!!

Phase 2B is the start of stress...parents waiting to register under 2C will depend on outcome for today and tomorrow.


Wonder how the turn out will be esp with some schools which have cut classes. All the best to you. Once you have registered, it's one load off your shoulders...nothing much you can do after that but hard.
