Phase 2B is the start of stress...parents waiting to register under 2C will depend on outcome for today and tomorrow.


Wonder how the turn out will be esp with some schools which have cut classes. All the best to you. Once you have registered, it's one load off your shoulders...nothing much you can do after that but hard.

Fortunately, the phases up to Phase 2C are NOT based on first-come-first-serve. The weather is so nice to sleep in today, hard to get up to register.
