yes. And that include those that have no chance to ballot, they should cancel and register at another school if they can.

OIC... then must keep calling the respective schs for real-time updates in order to beat the dateline and make the switch?? Sounds stressful...

They were at my son's school with all the certs for the admin to verify. They were planning on cancelling the place at phrase 2A shd there not be any balloting at my son's school at the end of the day. In that scenario, the parents station themselves at different schools, 1 for cancellation, the other for registration.

Last year when we went to apply for my son, 1 set of parents who had registered their son at the dad's former school under Phrase 2A. They were at my son's school with all the certs for the admin to verify. They were planning on cancelling the place at phrase 2A shd there not be any balloting at my son's school at the end of the day. Like that also can.... so dun let the sch keep the original cert/letter?? hope I dun have to resort to this approach....

I know. Let's hope Day 2 will be lower. Hope most parents will register on the Day 1.
