They were at my son's school with all the certs for the admin to verify. They were planning on cancelling the place at phrase 2A shd there not be any balloting at my son's school at the end of the day. In that scenario, the parents station themselves at different schools, 1 for cancellation, the other for registration.

Like that also can.... so dun let the sch keep the original cert/letter?? hope I dun have to resort to this approach....
