Thx, LKVM for updating the figures. The admin told me that this yr has more grassroots leaders too. So 100% balloting even for those who stay <1km cos all PVs applied today stay <1km. Sigh

If your other schools 'guarantee' still got vacancy, I say you give balloting a try.. u eligible for Xingnan under 2B? -
