isn’t it the balance from ph2a will be separated 50-50 to phase 2b and ph2c. If the ph2c has more applicants then the avail seats, will they ballot according to distance and less than 1km applicants will be given the seats straightaway.

SVPS 35 at end of day. Only 4 more than mid-day. Maybe tomorrow will see more coming in…those taking long wkend leave.

Think maybe need to go down there personally where to check safe to register a not. The school does not provides the breakdown!
