Think maybe need to go down there personally where to check safe to register a not. The school does not provides the breakdown!

:celebrate: hmmm, now I not sure whether to consider SVPS for my phase, but the nice administrator there told me to call the sch on day 3 (P2C) to check out the chances b4 I decide. Am living within 1km too. :?SVPS ballot for 1 - 2km which means I'm IN!!!! Phew!
