It is still early to confirm but I would suggest that you monitor till 3rd day of Phase 2C..

I think all the disappointed PVs might still give it another try.. very pek chek after all the hrs put in then situation like this.. . :roll: Or they maybe so fed up they give up the school completely.. :roll:
