This figures is when I left around 2.45pm. I saw many parents waiting outside. Estimate another 7-10 more parents.

Hope all are outside 2 km.

Balloting will be held 28 Jul, Wed. Time 2pm. This is confirmed.

I believe the 73 are >2Km... excluding those <1km....
