Unless the XXX school is a full school, your child does not qualify in the earlier phase. If it is a full school, your child will qualify under P2A2.

Actually on the 22nd - the school website had indicated the various phases applications, at the time it was 23 - 1km and 17 - 1-2km, thus if you are > 2km and have other choices for 2B (example RC or PV in another school), should withdrawn and try elsewhere. Thus should always check the school's website for more updated infor rather than just MOE website.

I knew of a friend withdrawn her application and tried Gongshan and got in...
