Yes, quite common, actually. As another curious fact, if there are, say, 3 seats left to be divided up for Phase 2B and Phase 2C, then 2 seats will go to Phase 2B, and 1 seat for Phase 2C. Phase 2B definitely has higher priority

If you count the total number of vacancies taken up, actually there is an error on the total amount left for Phrase 2B and Phrase 2C. So the number of vacancies for Phrase 2C will still remain as 56.

Just came back from Rosyth. Must have about 100+ parents there!!! Reached there 8.20am & already my queue no. is 45!!! There will be balloting on 13 Aug, good luck to all other parents who are registering in this phase!!!

At this point, all kena balloting. Maybe they dun know the no. of applicants within 1 km yet. By end of Wed, they should know whether 1 km need to ballot or not.

U hv any idea out of 131 applications for Rosyth, how many are within 1km? Does this mean they have stopped accepting applications for those staying beyond 1km? Tks!
