      mummy of 3:
Dear parents, i need some advice from ur experts.

Recently i got selected as PV at BPPS and will start to volunteer next week.
However, i'm thinking of letting my DD1 goes balloting at RGPS for Phase 2C > 2KM.
If cant get in, i had a back up plan that is West View PS for Phase 2C Supp.
Hope to hear from ur soon.
IMO, because you stay >2km from RGPS, it'll put you at great risk for balloting. If your dd is academically inclined, I believe BPPS environment will allow her to excel. Later on if your dd tops the cohort or gets into gep, you still can apply for transfer to RGPS.

Btw, once in a while we'll see some rude posts here and there  . What we post reflects who we are. So just ignore them.

rude and baseless accusations without evidence, making insinuations that could be charged for defamation

if she/he has evidence, she/he should go and report and prove it. it is easy to spout nonsense behind the keyboard

sometime you need to counter the untruths being spread around, else, if it is mentioned enough times, people will take it as truth; and the credibility of the ksp.com is also at stake

            ...

u know the traffic at upper bkt timah and bkt timah..morning is chaotic esp. with the downtown line. ooh parent will think no worries downtown line is up next few years my kid can take it..what 4am wake up to get ready. read some books and your kid will suffer - easily get cold/sick becoz not enuf sleep, poor health leads to poor results.

having low self-esteem and confidence level will not be good for child's development esp at this fragile age. imagine the kid who stays within 2km. plenty of sleep and even with lower IQ can easily beat a worn out kid.
Im staying 1-2 km from BPPS only...

                    Hi All!!

I'm a mother to a wonderful \"pig\" year (2007) girl and would like to network and get to know more parents out there!

Though I know that it would be another few years before she attends pri school, I am already feeling stressed out over which Pri School to send her to. So hope you guys can give me some advice!

I am staying in Kovan currently and have interest to send her to Rosyth School (I'm within 2km). Though I know its virtually impossible to enrol her unless I move within 1Km and PV / grassroot or beg (kidding)

I'm from Kong Hwa School previously so alot of my friends have advise me to just go for Kong Hwa and not waste time to PV for Rosyth ...

Can anyone share some thoughts on this? Thanks! :?

                      Hi LKVM!

Thanks for your reply, any idea what’s the strength of Kong Hwa now? You have a child studying there now?

Thanks as I have totally lost touch of the school’s progress over the years…
