i tried my kid there for a few days. whilst the teachers seemed ok and the environment was not bad, i just din have a good feel of the place....in fact i was feeling stressed sending my kid there everyday!!!! moreover my kid cried almost the whole time he was there. i moved him elsewhere and he spent a few days in the new place but seemed much happier.

their fees are cheaper than most places though.

May I ask, do any of you heard about Talent Plus Playgroup at Clementi CC and any of your childern have been there before?

I am interested to enrol my daughter into this playgroup sch as it is very near to her nanny’s house. But centre manager told me that currently they have only 5 children in this sch which makes me wonder why there are such low number of students.

My MIL also told me that the teacher in this sch is not good at all, but I will like to hear from parents who have kids in there or had experience with this playgroup sch.

u can try Early years montessori.
My DS went there few years back, the environment, parental interaction was good.

We just moved to Singapore and i am still struggling to find my feet…

My son is 20 months and I am looking for a pre-school / nursery where he can go part time.

There are any good in west coast, specially around clementi area?

Somebody recommended me the Odyssey, the nearer branch is in Alexandra rd which is about 8km far from where we live.
Is this any good? Do you think it is too far for commuting the little one?

that's right. forgot yours is 20+ months, so you need a childcare centre...

but you can put your kid there next year though, cos next year your kid will be 3.

Hi I just moved to West Coast Rise, is looking for the following for my 1yr old boy in West Coast/Pandan Garden/Teban Garden/Clementi/Pasir Panjang area:

1. Playgroup before he is 18mth old. Any gd playgroups in this area accepting 1yr old kids? I called Apple Tree, but they accept min 2yr old kids.

2. Childcare since he’s 18mth old. I noticed there are Cherie Hearts at West Coast Rise and Moden Montessori at West Coast Creation Center. Any comments on these 2 and other recommendation? My preference, while not compulsory, is non-full-airconditioning with outdoor facilities/yard for my kid to play and communicate with peers.
