              Now that both NYPS & RGPS need to conduct balloting for <1 km, I think MOE singlehandedly cause properties prices in prime BT area to drop by 15% overnite :shock:

                      block 1, ORIGINAL condition, facing the junction, asking price $780k, 5-room point block, please add stamp duty 3%less$5400, buyer commission 1% (being HDB ppty), plus reno cost S$150k.....S$million HDB old old flat (30++yrs), remaining lease is about 70 years

                      plus point : just above the mrt station

                        Just wonder if this makes sense :? Paying so much for a 30 yr old HDB and your chances is still balloting within 1km.

                        I rather use this sum to source for a private in East Coast and try for TNS... still within 1km.
