Now that both NYPS & RGPS need to conduct balloting for <1 km, I think MOE singlehandedly cause properties prices in prime BT area to drop by 15% overnite :shock:

Buying a property in this area doesn’t gurantee a place in the school with the trend this year for choices of schs.

I rather use this sum to source for a private in East Coast and try for TNS... still within 1km.
