          Now that both NYPS & RGPS need to conduct balloting for <1 km, I think MOE singlehandedly cause properties prices in prime BT area to drop by 15% overnite :shock:

                    Just wonder if this makes sense :? Paying so much for a 30 yr old HDB and your chances is still balloting within 1km.

                    I rather use this sum to source for a private in East Coast and try for TNS... still within 1km.
