All short-listed applicants from the selection Phase 1 will be notified via applicant's email by end of this week.'

Anyone here knows if Pri 3 's score of High Distinction in ICAS (Science) be favourably considered for DSA? :roll:

I know lah, it's P3 only, not P5/6 but I can't help wanting to know

If the child continues to get HD in P4 and P5, then those results will carry more weight than the P3 HD. If the child only gets HD in P3, but not in higher primary, then it means his stand has dropped, so it does not reflect well on him. That maybe why most DSA schools only ask for P5/P6 results.

The schools will hold the results of P5 and P6 in higher regard than P3. Some schools do not place much value on ICAS results because most of the applicants all scored distinction or high distinction in such tests so nothing sets you apart from the others.
