      Hi Charmaine_chong,

Poor kid. Same like my DD2. She's a food lover but yet couldn't mouth a single drop of water. 😢

That's why we were so appreciative to our Paedi's suggestion of the milk shake. It's the only thing she could swallow.

Hope you kiddo get better soon.

Is it possible to have HFMD again as well>?

yup, possible. My poor nephew got it 3 times within a span of 4 mths. Said to be different strains.. the symtoms were different. One milder then the next round..

Anyone got first hand experience in this? Seems quite serious this year.

There is a new solution to preventing HFMD. (Solarclean) i bought it and use to spray on my 2 kids shoes and washing cloths. works 24 hrs daily and last for 6months per spray. 😄

                      Hi Karen Yong,

May I know where can I buy (solarclean) and how much it cost?

                      Thanks.

From the MOH website, personal hygiene is very important to prevent HFMD. Washing of hands etc…

And of course, please do not bring sick children out, let them stay home and rest and give them plenty of water.

My gal’s cc quite kiasu, they check the kids 3 times daily!

This strain of HFMD is not the mild one.
