I tried a beef noodle at a coffee shop in siglap between the small NTUC and the German restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised. It was plan and simple, but nice. The beef was very fresh and tender, and the soup was very meaty sweet.

No fancy stuff like salted vegetables etc, just the beef, noodles, some bean sprouts and soup.

Not the best, but it is something that I would eat again. Simply FRESH !

They served in hot pot. Potion is big, good enough for guy.
