Now there is a great demand for transfer filippino maids as filippino has problems coming to Singapore. Please do not employ her to save yourself alot of heart ache. I am asking her to go home, but she refuse and wants a transfer!!!

How long is your maid working w you?

1 year plus with me. Previously 2 yrs for another employer.


All my previous maids all work at least 4 years, with the longest being 10 years. This is the only problematic one!!! >_<

No more ex-sin, off days and handphones for me.

I've never had a maid who's is Ex-Sin, Ex-Malaysia or Ex-HKG...never dare to take them. The one time I took a Filipino and about to give her an off day for Christmas, she played punk. The agreement was NO off day until 6 months later...she was with me for 3 months.
Maids cannot have off day or handphones - or else it spells the start of problems and comparisons.

Is the HP giving u problems too? I believe if she is Ex SIN she probably have many friends here already so want to chit-chat while working, right? Mine also filipino wants to leave after 7yrs which I believe was becos I was not pleased that she used the HP until her work affected (my earlier posts. ) So I told my agent that I do not want ex-sin maids. But I do not mind ex-malaysia, HK, Taiwan etc.

Great news!!! My helper has agreed to the arrangement. She said her hubby will loan more money from his boss for the time being since I will be giving them the 2nd mth loan after she came back!!! Thanks everyone for your suggestion!!!

I think that as long as she is filipina, may it be ex.... whatever country, they will still want h/p, die die also must find someone to talk, ex hk , ex taiwan also just as bad, dnt forget they hv off days every wk n hv made loads of friends there, most probably hv friends n relatives here too n will eventually build up their network of friends to talk to.
Perhaps a fresh filipina would b easier to control but due to their restrictions, i think gonna be hard to come in for now.
Btw. read on Yahoo that spore gonna bring in 45,000 bangla or is it sri landkan maids by end of the year. Any one read abt it?

Ya, my hubby told me last night. It was in the news. There were maid from India/Sri Lanka. Hmm.... what's all view about this?
