Oh I finally finished reading the thread and researching on the various courses. This is a summary of what I gathered.

Thanks to Duriz...I was able to do my research on this thread

      http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=106&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=30

I finally read finished all the 14 pages this morning...

So far what I gather most people send their kids who are between 7 - 18 months to

      1) Shichida (right brain training) - it seems got a few different schools offering right brain training...so also dont know which one to chose.

      2) Berries (for chinese lessons)

      3) Seimpi and Kindermusik (music school)

      4) my gym (for physical exercise)

      5) Zoo phonics (I think for english lang learning)

      Did I miss out anything?

And I probably would not consider swimming, piano, abacus , drama and other stuff yet.

Feel free to add more or share your experience...

        Hi EASON MAGPIES,

Thks so much for the information. It's very useful indeed. Understand that you are considering Shichida Method. In fact I hv already sign up but still on waiting list. Guess that it must be good if not there won't be so many ppl signing up. Their intake is actually base on quarterly basis starting fm January-March, Apr-Jun so on & so forth.

In fact I signed up at their Toa Payoh office. Hmmm...I hv briefly go through a list of other options as well but it's quite difficult to differentiate which ones are good unless u hv actually attended all which is impossible so I just sign up Shichida. Hopefully it really benefits my girl.

I did not sign up for other schools already as was afraid there will be vacancies available but I hv let my gal tried MyGym & JWT for 1 trial lesson. I find that it's more of the motor skills & more of a fun place for them to play around.

So what have u decided for yr kid?

              1. Shichida
              2. iGenius
              3. Little Neuro Tree
              4. Glenn Doman

It seems I have at least 4 choices though shichida seems to be the most popular.

I will probably talk to some brother who has 3kids already first then I will go to at least 2-3 places to have a look and made the final decision.

If shichida starts only in Jan...then from now to jan got a few mths perhaps I will consider something like Kindermusik.

              Whats JWT?

Somehow I am not so concern about the physical side since babies seems to do lots of physical activities already.
