          Hey buds,

Iโ€™m relieved of the task of having to cook porridge b4 going outโ€ฆas well as bringing along clothes/diapers/hot water flask. No way am I going to have #3. Now I can sleep through the night.

Still hoping both kids in morning session next year so that I get my morning peace. That wonโ€™t be possible with a baby around.

I have 2 kids, also a "hao" zi. Definitely no more kids for me or my life will be shortened. Enuf is enuf. Even if it were 2 boys or 2 gals, no more for me. I didnโ€™t even want kids last time. I admire those mommies with >2 and not go insane yet.

I know of a fren who has 3 gals and her MIL is pushing her to have a 4th so that she can haf a grandson.

Yes ladies, I know what you mean.

But supposing I want a girl or boy to make a โ€˜haoโ€™ zi but yet cannot afford 3rd one, still cannot proceed. I was lucky to have a girl and a boy.
My daughter could have been a bonusโ€ฆfirst-born son is born with cleft lip and palate.

I wanted kids and i know that for sure, but i wasn't ready to have one
or two rather... ๐Ÿ˜› ... too early a stage after marriage. Heck! I didn't
even wanna get hitched too early too in actual fact.

My PILs have been synically harping on my incapacity to give birth to
a boy. FIL went as far as calling hubs a sissy nick. Well, he had
3 sons altogether so he said his missiles are good ones lar. ๐Ÿ˜›

                  Whatever.

I love my girls to death!

So, even with this pregnancy... none seem too excited.
                  Nor care..

lolz. my ds1 is the dd that i never had.
he likes heart-to-heart talk (at least now at this age..:politebleah:)
and we both like to shop at bookstores (i don't like to shop for clothes ๐Ÿ˜Ž ).
but i know when he grows up, he belongs to his wife.
so glad that i have a sis, so when our boys grew up and flew the coops, we can go out on occasional high tea or just sit around and watch idol-dramas despite already being grandmas. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I love my gal very much. She is caring, understanding & thoughtful...the bond with her is very different as compared to my son. With my son, I can accept that he will fly the coop and belong to his wife. It's ok.

Know of someone who has 5 daughters  . Hubby told wife enough of kids. BTW, it's the wife who wants a son.
