hmm.. for me I have no accounting background and seriously im not sure why I got chosen either coz when I went for the interview, I thought I have already lost half the battle there as I was alone (mostly both spouses attended the interview) and my interview was a real short one.. I was barely inside for 5mins and during the 5mins process, all they told me was that if Im aware that only 50 will get chosen and as of that day I went for the interview the # of applicants is close to 300 already
Correct me if I'm wrong for those PVs who got rejected/selected... with confirmed cases to proof lah... based on work experience.
Value-added advantage (Selected)
- With Accounting background
No value-added advantage (Rejected)
- With Teaching background
- With IT background
Of cos' there are other factors... list is not inclusive.
Maybe others can input/add

Orh... I remember another fren with Marketing background got selected as well:lol: seriously if its that then i wil surely confess coz our family is just a normal average Singaporean family with both working parents
maybe coz i was more talkative to the admin staff when i went to take the form?
But then, her PV also hardly do anything related to Marketing tasks.

Sighβ¦so stressful.
Just got to know from a friend whom did not do any pv and went for the P1 registration for his son, choosen a school that was ok, not the ones on the hot seat. It was disastrous and only managed to get a school for his son in Phase 2C supp in a school totally not his choice but at that stage, thereβs really nothing he could do.
Another friend of mine, no PV, stayed more than 2 km from Nan Hua, went straight to Phase 2C to apply knowing he will get balloted, and guess what! he confirmed a seat for his daughter.
So I guess, itβs really a matter of luck, even for pv applications.
Maybe should just leave it to the hands of Godβ¦
