I just started taking for a few days. Started bcos of all the strong recommendation. However, I am not really taking to loss weight, more for health purpose.

But like what I say, the friend who recommend to me said that a lot of nurses are buying for their own use, so can't be that bad. The best part of this Lacto Fiber is, it is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mums, since all ingredients are natural. Since I am still breastfeeding, I think this is the best for me. 🙂 I don't think there is any product that can slim down while breastfeeding, that is why I recommend this. If they claim can be taken for pregnant and breastfeeding mum, should be very natural and not harmful.

Lacto Fiber is a product from Tupperware Brand. Sorry, you can’t get from any pharmacies. If you are interested in purchasing and getting more information, you can pm me, I will be glad to help you.

You can try either Spirulina or Yaeyama Chlorella (they are types of algae) for constipation. Don't have to take both at the same time. Just one or the other. Since I started taking them this year, I find that my bowel movements are more regular.

                  😉

Hi Village Girl, I heard that for very bad constipation is take 3 times daily. Is it that using that recommendation also didn't work for you? I have a friend who do have constipation and I am thinking of recommending to her, bcos so far all I heard is positive feedback. I am just starting to take it but just trying it out as I don't have any problem with myself.

 maybe need to drink more water to help aid in the digestive process?

sometimes, as part of the detox or healing process, for some individuals, they will constipate further before the purging take place. Guess each other's body behave or react differently

I drank once a day n 2 litres of water daily. It helped 1st week then it went back to the same.
