Love those shoes, but wondering if they have bigger than kids' size, say adults' size in particular? Sounds like a very good investment.
Of course, the shoes come in adult size too. Both dh & myself have them. -

Hi there, I recently took my 6-year old along on a cruise with Royal Caribbean and he had such a good time! The ship docked at Phuket, so we went to the beach, just to relax and play. It wasn't very crowded, so we had quite a lot of fun there.
When the ship was cruising, there was an Adventure Ocean thing on the cruise, which is like an activities center for the children, and they have experienced staff to look after the kids and keep them occupied. My son kept wanting to go back!
There're other activities you can do with your kids like mini golf, indoor/outdoor jacuzzi/swimming pool, and of course the food! They also put really cute towel animals in your room after housekeeping, my boy really enjoyed that

Well, if you’re an aviation fanatic, i remember that maho beach has fish, and it’s in the carribean, take note though, you will have to bear with the noise of jumbo jets landing b/c it’s at the foot of princess juliana int’l rwy 10… and i tell you, it’s gonna be noisy. And no, dont try saba island, there’s no beaches.
I went to tioman in p2 though, I remember the crystal clear water then, dont know how its like now, but the waves are pretty gentle on one part IIRC
Take berjaya air flights from wssl (seletar) airport to tioman airport… or you can arrange with travel agency. -
for those who have gone to krabi and stayed at amari vogue, is it a beachfront hotel? are there makan choices nearby the hotel?

Hi there,
I went there with my then 2 yrs 3 mth old DS sometime in Nov last year, if my memory serves me right. We stayed at Bo Phut Resort. The beach there is very nice and much much cleaner than Chaweng Beach. It was also not as crowded. While DH was there for work purpose, I would spend about 2 hrs at the beach after breakfast, followed by DS napping, followed by dinner. Didn't really venture out of the resort, but did go out to the night markets and tried the restaurants outside, near Chaweng beach (hence the comparison made bet the two beaches. We had gone to spend some time there, but was very disappointed. There was litter there and flies were hovering around too, apart from the crowd).
On the whole, DS enjoyed it very very much, playing on the beach with me (I brought along all his beach toys, only to discover that the resort we were staying at provided them, including water guns), frolicking in the pool and sea with daddy, or just hanging out.
Service was great. Requested for freshly cut fruit for DS every evening (it was complimentary!) and they would get a plate ready by the time the villa had been made up.
Villa with the outdoor garden shower was great. It was located in a hilly area and with the bed overlooking the sea. So every morning, we would wake up gazing at it. The Spa was wonderful ....
There is the breakfast cafe and a Thai restaurant. My DS had no problems with the food there. The staff were friendly and taught my DS how to say \"sawadeeka\" too.
Personally, I have nothing but praises for the resort that we stayed in.
Please do bring insect repellent cuz mosquitoes abound, esp if you are out in the night. We slathered DS' body with it during our stay there
Anyway, there are loads of resorts there, so take your time to check them out. To each his own, ya know
Here's a link to the hotel and another with some comments about the resort we stayed in.
