Hubby said there's no difference for me getting the white or black because I put a cover and can't see the colour...but I told there is a difference because 'it can't pass my test'. 😉 I feel that if there is a choice between 2 colours, I will choose a colour which is more GIRLIE.

very true.. i too use the cover but yes color maters.... :celebrate:

erm...where are you VERYKIASU ? hehehe
in terms of covers, in the US they have much much more variety than in SG here...but all not cheap, US$25 each or more

The beauty of ip4 is bare, hence I no use any cover. Simply stick on the protective screen front and back + the original apple bumper. I prefer this way of slim ip4. 😄

I put my handphone in pouches to prevent them from getting scratched. Honestly, it's a waste to put a cover on the iphone as it's really a beauty. Used the Nokia E71 before the iphone 3...also a white.

I remembered something about the iphone 4 being scratch-proof…put a Hello Kitty cover on my iphone 3GS. Like my handphones to be scratch-proof

There is no such thing as scratch-proof casing or screens. They may be more resistant to scratches, but after months of usage, the cracks will start to show. Better safe than sorry. Give your phones some protection before you start using/abusing them.

                      hquek,

I think I’ll get the plastic to piak on the iphone…not just to protect the surface but also easier to clean the surface (oily surface).

Apple claim the material of the glass on iphone4 it's called aluminosilicate glass, and is the sort of glass used in the windshield of high-speed trains and helicopters.

Came across this article about dropping test. \"The engineers at iFix your i dropped their iPhone 4 housing three times. The device survived the first two drops, but at the third drop, they say there was a loud 'pop' sound, and the glass housing shattered. The drop was performed from 3.5 feet up\".

Any ksp parents have tried scratching test, let us know the result.
