      thinking:

      Hi,

Lingzhi is v expensive woh...but which type or brand is recommended?
      Can see result?

I went taiwan and got their famous 毛王爷灵芝。It's in pills form.

Was told that it's herbal so it's very safe for consumption. My mum is on medication for high blood pressure. She started taking the 灵芝 pills daily for the last 4 mths and during the last checkup, doc found out that her blood pressure improved significantly.

Linzhi in capsule/pill is either 孢子粉 or 孢子油, right?

is 毛王爷 available in SG? i m keen to Linzhi...

      thanks

        Hello thinking

You can try juicing celery. It’s great for the whole family even those with no problems. Celery can help to lower blood pressure, alkalises your body and thus make you a bad host to viruses around you.

If you don’t like the ‘green’ taste, throw in some apples for sweetness.

I usually add carrots for the kids eyes. My ds 13 and have 7/6 eye sight, nurse says even better than normal. dd also perfect eyesight.

Get a good juicer and enjoy the juice of life for the whole family.

Take note that some book says not to mix fruit and non-fruit parts of the plant for juicing with the exception of Apples and Carrots. These 2 can go with anything.

It's in powder form, stored in a capsule. I think each capsule costs about S$1 and it is recommended for people with high blood pressure to take 4 capsules daily for optimal results.

I don't think you can get it in SG, but I remembered reading from the brochure that we can order it online. Let me check and update you later.

              Hi

Thank you for your info on the capsule. I really appreciate.
I’m interested to know more about it and how to place order.
I do drink celery juice and even bought that philip juicer. But after sometimes, I’m tired of it…
But if you mentioned that it helps on kids eyesight, think i’ve to resume the habit of making.

I found out that we can’t actually order it online, however there is a tel no. that we can ring to enquire about overseas purchases. The tel no. is 886-49-2850050. Of course they only speak Mandarin.

Apparently this 毛王爷 is quite a folklore in Taiwan. He was actually conferred the title of duke by Chiang Kai-shek when he cured Chiang’s wife’s (Soong Mei Ling) asthma.

When I was there last Jun hols, the tour guide brou us to this place as well after the Sun Moon Lake cruise.

According to the uncle 毛王爷, the normal lingzhi capulse is obtained by grinding a lingzhi into powder, actually more harmful than good. Theirs is boiled in water, then processed the liquid into powder, easier to be absorbed by the body.

He did a demo, opened another brand lingzhi capulse, poured the contents on the hand of a tourist in our group and rubbed. The powder remains grainy. Then he used their own brand, the powder dissolved into the hand after rubbing.

Anyone here has a lingzhi capulse to do the same demo?

                        Hi Mrs Wong

So for those with High Blood, it is advisable to take the one with "Blood Pressure" and not Reshi is it?
What shipment mode do you use normally?
The price indicated is in USD? How much will that be if I purchase Blood Pressure?
