        Piggy Lim:
        Hi

Just like to know if IB students are not well accepted (entry) into local Uni. Heard those who take IB will most likely have to go oversea Uni. Is this true? My son is now in ACS(J) just want to find out more from experience mom. Thanks!
This one should be rumour. Otherwise there will be tons of complaints in the press.

It is more a case of trust in the school Board. If the whole incident is found to be an unfounded allegation subsequently, it will be very awkward for the school Board . The board has accepted his resignation so quickly and starts searching for a new principal. A rational reaction expected from the board (to accommodate his request because of health reason) would be to persuade him to stay on till the end of the year so as to minimise disruption. Unless we add in a new dimension to the conspiracy theory - someone in the board is also involved......

            Muffins:

            What about this:

Dr. Ong is innocent, and this teacher was his assistant.

Because he was angry that OTC had fired him, he had turned a little :siao: When OTC had stepped out, who says he couldn't have left his phone there to charge, or that he left his email on, to save time from logging in. This assistant, could have himself sent messages and emails. And who would keep thosse messages? If I were him, getting those types of messages from someone, I wouldn't keep them, I would delete them, unless I knew that he was going to be interrogated by the police about it.

            What do you guys think?

Then all the more OTC must not resign hastily. Be should lodge a police report on criminal trespass and misuse of computer, and throw that accuser to Changi Hilton. He should be more clever than a non-contest and quit hastily to say want to go overseas to accumulate experience with a heart problem and suspected heart attack

But how can prove it leh???

If he says he didn't, then how to have concrete proof that what he's saying is true? How do we know whether anything is true anymore? Naturally, I tend to swing to Dr. Ong's side, not because I'm an ACS(I) student, but because he is married, with children, who are in a world-renowned school, and he has brought the school so far. I, personally, cannot believe that he could have done anything like that.

            However, there's always the saying \"wolf in sheep's clothing\".

Dunno who to trust anymore.... :faint: :scratchhead: :clubmyself: :siam:

                  muffins,

just focus on the major now…which is to study hard for your year end exams… that’s ur responsibility…

As for the other affairs, we just pray that everything will be straightened out soon… we need to balance grace with truth… it is difficult from a human perspective…don’t know if u understand

Muffin. It seems that you know or have speculated what are the contents in those emails. What is your speculation?

In fact, I disagree that if one receives unusual emails from their superior, they will delete them. The normal action shuld be to retain them. Similarly, one don't delete or throw away love letters from their lovers immediately after reading....in fact quite the opposite, people keep them.

There is really no need for speculation. The investigation will be revealed one day, and hopefully, it will help to provide the long-awaited \"truth\".

Meantime, just a note of caution to the kids in this forum: take note that this is a public forum and you will be held responsible for what you say or post here. Do not post any inappropriate remarks (speculation or otherwise) online or you may land yourself in trouble some days. Parents should also alert kids of this, as they are sometimes young and naive, and one incident might even cause them more \"harm\" than expected.
