Someone just told me Loyalty & Peace 1 are p2b classes

Ds will be in Peace 1. Being the first few names to be \"picked\" at p2c ballot excercise probably got him squeezed in with the rest from p2b...different class from his kindy buddies but at least in the same house as your ds, markfch 😉 .

Btw, what is the numeral after the class name represent :? ? Does it means each class is spilt into 2 groups ie. Peace 1 and Peace 2?

Special tribute to E3 for compiling the parents list, :salute: !

My son was in Grace 1…if he had been able to get good scores in P2, he would have the chance to stay in Grace 2…unfortunately that was not the case. If my daughter goes to Pei Hwa, I think she would be in Charity 1.

Janet, my dd in P1 this year. will dd be allocated to a P2 class based on her P1 result? i heard the kids move on to the same class to P2. Is it true?

Hi php, for some other primary schools, yes, p1 n p2 remain in the same class. Not for PH, kids will be allocated classes based on their overall score, unless there is a change. By looking at the level position of your dd, you can hv a rough idea which class she'll be going next year.

However, the problem is she missed 2 papers during SA1 - EL 1 and CL 1 because of medical reason and the school did not allow her to take the 2 papers and was given VR in her result. Although she did well in the remaining 3 papers, she only got her grade in Maths. So, my question is how will she be allocate based on her overall result? Or the school will just throw her into the last class....If that is the case, then it will definitely hurt her badly.....

Same infant care, then same class from N1 thru K2, then same condo, then same pri sch but alas, not same class for P1. But it's still close, just a class apart from each other, haha

In this case, would the sch mark your dd's p1 EL & CL results based solely on SA2? Maybe you can confirm with FT but I thought it is fairer this way.

If 'VR' - Valid Reason is given to the two paper ones then the system will calculate SA1 scores for EL and CL based on the total marks from the paper twos. I should be clearer, the kids will be allocated classes based on overall percentage. Rest assured, she won't be posted to a class not to her potential.
