Any Recommendations on good student care near Rulang Primary School?
-
Hi Sylvia, may I know if your kids is already in Rulang? Did you do PV? Is the school very stressful? Thanks for sharing!
p/s. I’m still considering my options for my Y2004 gal -
Hi RR Mummy,
I was an ex student from Rulang Pri, so high chance of going into Rulang.
U should register for PV before end June, if u wish to send your daughter to Rulang in Yr 2010.
Regards,

Wow, so many people will envy you!!
That's a guaranteed chance.
But may I know if it is really very stressful there? Can you share what you like about the school?
I'm assuming you will be sending your kid there right?

I believe Rulang Primary School will be a good foundation start for my darling. Rulang has a long history and has been "producing"
many good students .
Haha. Most of my friends told mi that the students themselves are already very good before they go Rulang for Primary One. Naturally the best compete with the best. I heard its quite stressful during Primary 3 onwards.
My darling is very lazy, so he needs a really good push. He’s quite good in his school work and enrichment, but loves to play PSP and computer games. How’s yr gal?

Hi Sylvia,
Sorry for the late reply.. MIA due to work commitments..
wow, if your boy can balance work with play that is great! Actually, I'm quite worried about the stressful part... don't know if my gal & I can take it.. Don't wish to be screaming at my kid or end up pulling all my hair out when coaching them..
My gal has short attention span. She definitely needs an emvironment which is interesting and involves active participation.. otherwise she will end up yackedy-yack all the time!! :x
Have you managed to find a good student care center nearby? -
Hi RR Mummy,
Hmmm… I think most children have short attention span. i think as long as they are not hyper active should be fine.
My son’s teacher actually told mi in a nice way that my son is very contented. Hehehe…dat is once he finished his work , dats it. He doesn’t want to excel to the best. Dats pretty frustrating at times. But anyway, hopefully as he grows up, he will strive for the best.
I think I will go for a student care near Rulang Primary School. Safety is most important where the teachers would walk the children to school.

Hi Sylvia,
Good to hear you have found one… true, quite dangerous for teacher to manage to many students to cross roads especially with rain…
let me know if it is good… also any recommendation for a good childcare center in the area?
Thanks!! -

Hi Swallow,
Have you found out any info of the below student care centre? If yes, please share with me as I’m looking for one near Shuqun as well.
1) Pro-teach BASC & Tuition Centre @ Blk519
2) Lakeside BASC @ Blk 514
3) First Love Student Care @ Blk470
4) Little Professors Student Care @ Blk504
5) PPIS - Jurong FSC Student Care @ Blk520
6) Graceland Student Care @ Jurong Spring CC
I visited some of them before and below are my findings.
1) Little Professors Student Care @ Blk504
(Total students 5 only and P1 for next year so far 2 registered as this centre newly open in July, but so little students, I doubt my kid will like there)
2) Graceland Student Care @ Jurong Spring CC
(Environment very nice and neat but toilets are sharing with CC and located outside the centre. I will be worry as my daughter taking bath there and strangers might just pop in)
