My son's Maths results were announced...he also saw the paper. CL not yet as his teacher hasn't tabulated yet. EL teacher absent.

Is the first one Charlie and Lola series? The English series are very cute and funny.

I wouldn't say I've done a lot...just whatever I am still capable of doing.
But I've not been very environment-friendly in the midst of planning his revision time-table. :oops:

Son will be dismissed from school soon...will see what he has to tell me pray for good news. I have to keep reminding myself...I have done my part. I'm sure he has done his...bcos he is answerable to himself. The little consolation I have - he knows he has to maintain his average results even if he doesn't improve it.

3. Can anyone advise whether its necessary/useful to buy the chinese & english dictionary on the booklist? I didnt order these online but if good to have, will buy them from bookshop during orientation day.

4. I've managed to call Care Juntion today & gotten the below information for sharing with anyone who is interested:
- Before school care operates from 7.30-12.30pm.
- recommended to send kid in before 9am
- $200/mth excluding food/meal
- Place allocation is not by first come first serve (so no need to panic :P), but instead depends on application review by the center.
- Can collect application forms during orientation day, or from general office. There will be a booth setup on 3flr during orientation day.

不一样的卡梅拉 （6册）- Very intersting and funny story. Initially it looks simple but after reading discovered that the language and topics mentioned is not that simple

露露和拉拉（4册）- This one is very suitable for girls. They have baking recipe in it as well.

I bought them from http://www.sgshinekids.com/index.html and collect them personally. If you guys have friends traveling to China, it might be worthwhile askign them for help, the price is really cheap there.

For Christian parents, there is also a Chinese Bible Activity books in Chinese - 我家的圣经时光

Thanks Trapwithin for sharing :love: , this website is really interesting. Quite a good selection of books to buy. Is it possible to go to the place to see the books before buying ? (I like to buy books with big font if possible, don't want dd to tire her precious eyes.)
