I know and he knows ...
Ok, if this doesn't work, sell to him on the basis of the educational applications available. Got flashcards, math, writing chinese characters and many more that would be useful to teach your DS. I think my kids more familiar with ipad than I am. I haven't played a single game despite having it for 2 months.
 Perhaps thats why he hinging on it, as it is I'm so addicted to KSP
Maybe he doesn't want to 'lose' his DS too

What do u Do when u found that ur child have being buying games from iTunes store?? My boy kept asking for my iPad, and while I was busy, I let him play for a while, and then he went to download few games and spent US$42!!! (-)/$:&;&(&)$)$
He told me that he wanted to download the coin dozer game and said it is free, so I keyed in the password. Not knowing that after he download that game, subsequently he downloaded few other things! :x :x :x
And the worst thing is, he and me dun even know what are the things that he downloaded!!! All I received from are two receipts regarding coin dozer!

I don't think you can return them... just don't give or tell him the password to the iTunes store next time. What do u Do when u found that ur child have being buying games from iTunes store?? If I dun give iPad, he will be throwing big time tantrum and show me black face. If I give, this happens. :x
Anyway, I gave him a big scolding just now. Before this, I told him I would be buying a toy (which he wanted) for him during the holiday, and now, I told him that since he made me pay this iPad thing, then no more that toy for him. -

The good (or bad) thing about the iPad is, you won't be so addicted to KSP after you get it- you'll be too busy with the games.

I love the dual sim card idea- just make sure u get the all-you-can-eat plan.
-
Yeah, like the dual SIM chip too. Trim the secondary chip myself. DD download so many apps until I can't find the apps that I usually use. So Many pages to flip in order to find. Hope the new OS come out soon so we can have folders like the iPhone.
The game Cut The Rope is really nice thinking game. Cooking Mama is fun. I like to twist the head off the prawn and the effect of flipping the burger is so real with the accelerometer.
I love my iPad, may kisses to Steve Job. :dancing: -
Step 1. Disable \"In-App purchase\" in settings.
Step 2. Always put the iPad to sleep (by pressing power button) then re-wake it before passing to kids after entering the password.
Never had this problem of unauthorised purchases.
But I guess Apple should made such that users can made 2 options
1. Disable password prompting for free Apps ( quite troublesome somethings )
2. Enable \"Always prompt for password\" for Paid-Apps.smurf:
