If you just want the total applicants and balloting distance for each phase, u can get them from the MOE website during the registration period. But must get them fast coz MOE will overide the old data with new ones once each phase proceeds. I save them all in excel spreadsheets. Other info I gather bit and pieces from the forum here, or each school individual websites.

What sort of stats u require? I only have the distance breakdown for these 2 schools. The rest only the total number.

For NYPS phase 2C:
2008 : Ballot within 1km, 62 for 55 places ( 1 person out of 1km)
2009 : Ballot within 1km, 55 for 47 places ( 1 person out of 1km)

For Fairfield 2C:
2010 : Ballot within 1km, 65 for 55 places (3 person out of 1km)

Added ACS's one for u. Do note that the numbers indicated are the total number of applicants. Some of them may be staying out of 1km or 1-2 km which means they do not have a chance to ballot if balloting was conducted for those within 1km. So actual number of ppl undergoing balloting is slightly different.

Chief's chart is on the front page (or home page). You can see the balloting history of P1 registration on the left hand side. Maybe someone will give the link. I am not too sure how to do it. Sorry.

Schools' website is another place that you can find such info. NYPS has very clear tabulation of the numbers for the last 5 years.

I’m looking for admission for my daughterin Primary 1. We are Singapore Primary Residents. We wanted to shift her to a Girls Primary School. Any ideas which schools will have vacancies now. We are ok to shift our residence nearer to the school
