we have 14 from CH, maybe another fews from FA, GR, HO & others..

so PHPPS will lose about 20+, almost 1 GEP class...i think most GEP schools have 2 GEP classes per level and about 25 students per class.
the principal would definitely feel sad... losing so many gifted kids to other schools and who know, maybe one of them will be the future top PSLE scholar....

This time, noone from Fa3. Mine and her gang are happy, that they can still continue to see one another every schooling day. Girls stuffs, not sure if the men here can understand.

My girl is one of the gang who happy to continue to stay at PH
Though her daddy's frustration with the school get higher as years goes by ...

Had looked thru the exam papers & had pasted love-notes to the exam
paper for math n science.

Right angle question - my girl argued that FT had explained it is not right angle. I told her to tell FT that I disagreed.

For science, also feedback on few questions eg penguin webbed feet, bread n mould etc.

Ouch! you ask your dd to 忍, don't you think it is abit cruel to your dd. Poor dd, must need to have really \"thick\" skin, else how to 忍. If happen to my dd, will advise her to have quicker reflex and stop him before he strike. Just keep on practising.

for no reason, one of a boy (not my dd classmate) pushed dd and step on her feet. so dd used her lunch bag to hit back at him and warned the boy if he did that again, she would step on his feet...this boy went to complain to the teacher and we got a love note from dd FT. so i had to tell my dd that if anybody bully her, she cannot return \"punches\" but to inform the teacher and very likely the teacher will not be able to do anything....

No offence. Nobody bullies my dd in all her schooling years, except for this boy who has a habit of doing that to everyone. I guess he meant no real harm. So since my dd didn't retaliate, he stopped eventually. Although I have only girls at home, my dd plays with her all-boy cousins so she is used to the 'roughness'.

She says that is good,can always observe what the teacher is doing (abit of busybody). Teacher, too, also busybody likes to look at what she is doing/reading. Teacher also puzzle why she can play a two/three games all by herself. (what to do, not allow to play/talk to classmates). Advise her to have some close/best friends, so that when someone bully her, they will gang up and protect her. And this works most of the time! The power of friendship.

Hm, think it is time to request for a change.

A change of teacher or a change of system?

Cant expect the system to change nor easily change teachers. But can suggest to the HOD to make it mandatory for teachers to put in remarks in the sch compo assignments. I know the HOD does that becos I had seen his remarks on my elder boy's compo works. Dun remember any of my younger boy's CL teachers did that. I believe the sch would prefer to do this instead of parents calling up the teachers to make enquiries.

Can I request parents here to each write in to the HOD CL to suggest this approach?
