For the Monday class, is it suitable for GEP students? I am helping my friend to ask, she is interested in the Eng programme on Monday for upper pri. TIA!

Hi BigDad,

For GEP students, most of the time, their papers focus mainly
on creative writing, comprehension and compre cloze. In
this class, it is for high ability students and we focus more on
comprehension and compre cloze as compared to a normal class
where we would cover grammar and synthesis in detail too.
For classes for high ability students, we do cover these 2
components (grammar and synthesis) but we do not focus on them
so much as we would expect the students to have a good grasp of
these basics already. In this sense, this class is suitable for GEP
students.

Hi Monster Mummy and CharleneX,

We have received 2 emails from interested parents
on the P2 creative writing class. I assume it would be the
both of you. We would only open the
class once we receive 4 emails for this level. We would
hold open this slot for about 5 more days (to wait for
2 more parents to email us to register for P2 creative
writing for this slot) before releasing it as we also have
parents asking for other levels.

I think the second website is their updated one..they will sell books there too, but it is still under 'renovation' so there is another website that you can go for info- the first one that I gave.

Also I heard from my friend you sell story books with creative writing phrases extracted from the books? She says she bought Ark Angel by Anthony Horowitz from you and her son used the phrases for his compo exam and was praised by the teacher for his excellent vocab!

May I know how I can get hold of your booklist?

We have 3 centres, one is at Yishun (most prob moving
to AMK the beginning of next year), one at Bukit
Timah and one at Paya Lebar.
