Yes, Da Paolo is the one Tankee is referring to. There are a few outlets dotted around, one in Great World (as mentioned), one at Chip Bee Gdns and another at Bkt Timah Rd (near Serene Centre). They also sell a really good Blackforest. I think they have toned down the alcohol these days though, use to be quite potent.

美珍香 is at unit B1-05. Unit B1-06 is Sweet Secrets, and B1-07 is Da Paolo Gastronomia. My guess is you're talking about Da Paolo Gastronomia??

Ah Bee, it has kopi & alcohol in it.

Basic Tiramisu Recipe
about 20 lady's fingers bisuits, dip layer & spread twice cover
2 shots (2 ounces; 60 mL) prepared espresso mix & chill
1/2 cup (120 mL) prepared coffee
1 cup (240 mL) heavy whipping cream whisk to stiff peaks fold
1 lb. (455 g) mascarpone cheese mix
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
3 tablespoons (44 mL) rum (or brandy)
cocoa powder
shavings of unsweetened dark chocolate
