No prob, lost my hp last Dec and lost all my contacts too.... it's so inconvenient nowadays when phone contacts are lost....Beeb and lucky,
Sorry, give me some time. I changed handphone and lost tuner's number. I can get it from my piano seller, waiting for his reply.
Beeb,
I've no contact for piano teachers in Northeast.
Appreciate your kind help. Simply PM me when you have the contact. -

Actually, I didn't change handphone, just changed the line. Had to xfer data from one SIM to another, then there's the 'save in phone' and 'save in SIM' thing. Got a little messed up and lost quite a few numbers in the process.

Hi,
My new piano juz had its 1st time tuning. Since I dunno anything abt piano, how do I check whether the technician tune correctly.
TIA. -

This one easy to know. Just listen carefully to the same song before & after tuning. After tuning song should sound much better. I mean the reason you're arranging for tuning in the first place is that piano tone already drifting so song sounds terrible rite?Hi,

Thks, markfch.
My piano has not out of tune yet, only 1/2 yr. This is the free tuning provided when I purchase the piano.

Oh dear - I don't tune ONLY when my piano is in such a \"terrible\" state! LOL. But my hearing is not so good for the piano. As in, not as sensitive as compared to when I'm listening to other instruments, so I think me too cannot tell if there's any difference! My kids can though.

Can anyone recommend a reliable piano tuner? I also need a reliable piano mover. Thanks!

Sorry IJJ, I'm unable to help you cos my piano tuner is contractually bound to only work on that brand of piano. In any case, the last 4 tunings he did for me each took 6-8hrs. :yikes: Not sure if that's what you want. -

:yikes: :yikes: You must be paying a bomb for that 6-8 hrs!! Oh no, I am looking for an average one.IJJ:
