      BigDevil:

      DS's PD recommended this http://www.naturalhealthyconcepts.com/finest-pure-fish-oil-P7-p-pharmax.html

Each 5ml serving contains 750mg of DHA and 1050mg of EPA for a total of 1800mg!! Is that too much for the child? Or is there such a thing as too much?

Maybe I'll give them 2.5ml instead....
Hi BigDevil, where can I buy Pharmax pure fish oil? DSs were taking it when they were young. I switched them to gummy fish oil for convenient. But now want to reduce the amount of sweet so want to go back to fish oil. The previous PD that they went to don't carry fish oil at her clinic now so now trying to find a place to buy with reasonable price. Anyone can recommend?

Can you share what supplements do you give your child who is attending childcare centre?

Do these supplements really help to boost the immunity and fall sick less often?

        Thanks in advance.

I'm giving colostrum daily. Really helps.

just to share, my kids have been taking herbs n supplements from these two sources since a few years back, and their health improved greatly:

                1) newlife international (s) pte ltd:
honey, distilled water, apple cider, friendly bacteria, sprulina, flaxseed oil, (they also sell biogradeable dishwash, floor cleaner etc) and supplements for adults

                2) sebastian liew naturopathy
fever herb (very effectively esp if coupled wif liquid diet or sprulina),
phytolec (extract frm emblika fruit), olive leaf extract, cough herb, cold herb.

                just for info

if u are looking at alternative method, ie not drugs,

can try consult sebastian liew for phytolec and herbs.

also reduce salt, and also cow’s milk whc some kids may be allergic to.

I gave my girl chinese medicine \"Hou Zao San\" and her cough and phlegm seems to have reduced by a lot. She has been coughing for 3 weeks and western medicine and nebuliser don't work.

Now she cough less often and is recovering. 🙂

                        Hi

My DS took the Hou Zao San before when he has a lot of phelgm and slight cough. This medicine helps to cure his phelgm. After he's well, I boiled dong cong cao for him weekly.
