This is my analysis to guess the PH top scorers...

Based on the Kiasu Parents PSLE Results Report thread
      http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16286&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=500
      and the MOE infosheet link
      http://www.moe.gov.sg/media/press/files/2010/infosheet-psle-2010.pdf,

I think the two top scorers attained the aggregate scores of 277 and 276.

Noticed that both boys' names are placed separately from each other in the infosheet so that will depict two different scores.

The first top scorer is placed AFTER SJI (Junior) - 277 and BEFORE St. Hilda's Primary -276, so his score should be 277.

The second top scorer is placed BETWEEN CHIJ (Katong) - 276 and NYPS, also 276, so his score should also be 276.

Haha...what do you all think? I am assuming the info in the KS PSLE Report thread is reliable. I guess sooner or later, we'll find out. Just doing it for fun. πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

      :congrats:

        Well done to PHPPS.

Only Rosyth has more than 2 pupils in the top list.

        IS Rosyth a GEP School?

        Yes. http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/programmes/gifted-education-programme/gep-schools/

            Checked the school magazine.

These 2 boys were also top in P5. So consistent!

I see. Then why list them separately in the infosheet. So misleading. The two NYPS students are placed together, so I assumed same score. Oh well, doesn't matter. VERY GOOD already!!!

Yes, dyh, I ran thru the yearbook too! They are always tops. Anybody knows whether they gave up going to GEP school?

This year there were only 20 schs with students scoring 275 & above, much lower than last yr. Since KSP unofficial ranking of primary schs uses only this as a criterion, PH will continue to be 'king' of the non-GEP sch in the KSP chart. This will lead to the continued high demand for P1 places in PH (despite our mixed feedback on the sch here, keke) which in turn will keep the property prices within the vicinity high. Then after 6 yrs I can shift house again & make a tidy profit.

                      Wishful thinking or makes sense?

Wonder why they didn't take up the offer then. Must have very understanding parents and very valid reasons to stay put. :salute:
