You're welcome to join Cedar. PSLE scores don't tell much about your performance. The school has an expected MSG for a certain PSLE T-score, but most of the time, people won't be able to hit the expectation. As for napfa, not to worry. We all work hard together. The school will provide adequate preparation for napfa.

Just came back from open house too. ^^

The school is huge, can see that there is strong emphasis on sports and fitness.

One of the student leaders tells me that they jog twice weekly for a distance of 2km in preparation of NAPFA 2.4 km run. Wow. I was shocked.

My friend scored 242 and she wants to appeal. The office staff says that her chances are slim as COP are likely to go up due to going-to-be IP status.

The school has a total of 24 CCAs. Hopefully, I'll be able to join English LDDS. ^^

Haha that's true. We run 1km (1 round around the school + 400m track) when it is non napfa period, increase to 2km nearing napfa.
And uh ELDDS in Cedar is not very outstanding, might be difficult to get CCA points. Also, sports CCA are given priorities. So if during the audition, they see your potential in sports, you will get into sports CCA. Performing arts next priority, then rest of the clubs.

You can try. No one knows for sure if the COP is gonna go up or stay the same or fall.
Last year's COP is 246.

Must put Second choice very wisely... Crescent or CHIJ-Toapayoh or St. Maragrette

She wish to get into Cedar and now we are deciding whether to put anglican high or crescent girls for the 2nd choice?

Any advice on that? We are staying in Tampines.

I'll suggest Anglican High School since you're staying in the East, distance is one of the deciding factor.
