Montessory Tuition for Preschoolers - Cheap & Good

My son is 3.5 and is in N2. I was qt concerned when his teacher told me that he is qt weak in his phonics. As I easily lose temper while teaching him at home, I then decided to enrol him in english enrichment class.


Initially I wanted to send him to Lorna Whinston in Parkway but was full. Fortunately, one day i stumble into an advert in newspaper about this montessory english & maths. As I just wanted to try out, I only enrol him in the english/phonics lessons.

These are what I impressed with…

1.One to one teaching approach.
2.Follows my son’s study phase. Only new letter sound being introduced when he mastered the earlier ones.
3.The syllabus will follow through the montessory method ie pink, blue, green (sorry cant remember the other colour)
4.Practise on his handwriting skill
5.Started on Peter & Jane book 1A. Within 6 lessons, he already moved on to book 1B. From this book, he is able to recognise words like Peter, Jane, likes, shops, dog, toys, and, trees.
6.Experienced preschool teacher who patient with kids

I therefore would like to recommend this centre to parents who want their kids to learn english the montessory way. It is in Potong Pasir and the fees are $45 for 4 lessons per subject.
