In-law problems?
-
I asked hubby if he reminded his brother that he was in Vietnam during that period...he said he did. Asked him could it be because his sister-in-law is too free since they are childless. He told me, 'maybe'. Then added, 'If she is the troublemaker sort of person, even with 2 or 3 kids tugging at her skirt, she will still find chance to create trouble'.

hi janet_lee88,
ur story just reminded me: a few years back, my mil ever told me (many years after i already married) that her own mil, that is my hubby’s grandmother was unhappy that my mum didnt follow certain step of the customary wedding procedure. i was like 'huh, tel me for what? not my fault and somemore so many donkey years still remember.? is she hinting anything??"
pissed me off. trying to say my family is rude is it. -

Just wondering why these people are so bloody free (sorry but very pissed)...in your case, so many donkey years already...for that crazy woman ie hubby's SIL, said she very busy with work, then after office hours, shouldn't she be resting instead of digging out such things ? Alamak, does she understand the meaning of W-O-R-K ?hi janet_lee88,

We are women too....haha, never offend a woman. she will dig up the story years later.

but honestly, I am not so free to dig up issues like this. There are more important things in life worthy of my time & attention. For goodness sake, if she is fortunate enough, she would have kid(s) by now...busy with education and well-being instead of scolding relatives for not attending her wedding and giving her face. She is supposed to be holding a IMPORTANT position in the company, earning more than her hubby. Really eat-too-free-nothing-to-do. :x Idiotic.
If it's just hubby & I, then we will be holding hands in the park, watching movies or else doing housework...not so free to call BIL to scold him. She really is one damn f!@# rude. -
so ur sil isnt busy at work too

do anybody MIL likes to keep those plastic containers (eg those container like peanut butter type or the suan mei type containers)? mine likes to keep and she will sure find something to put in case i throw it away hahaha… last nite i saw one i threw it away. just now call home, my gal asked me u throw away ah ma container izit. i blur just kept quiet and told her is lost by itself…
my also like to keep the nescafe container really don’t understand why she likes to keep? to put gold izit hahaha… once i saw it sure throw away then she will tell my hubby i very ji siao throw away… :x -
u are not alone.
mine like to keep.
while its gd to keep some to recycle, i dont believe in keeping EVERY SINGLE container. my mil is worse, she likes to keep DISPOSABLE MICROWAVABLE CONTAINERS whc are meant for 1-time use, as well as GLASS containers whc she doesnt keep properly but keep at upper shelves whc have the danger of toppling down n hitting the head esp if kids are in the kitchen. i usu transfer them to lower shelves.
last time there was this new pan whch she never uses and as i was moving hse i ask her son to ask her gv away. she nvr disagree with the son but when i went home she scolded me and said she will throw things herself and that night she purposely took out the pan to use!
i was pregnant and stll hv to quarrel wif her - she forgot she is the one who stay in my house, not the other way round, so i shd hv the right to decide what things stay in MY kitchen! -

My hubby told me she earning more than her husband and very busy also. Then how come so free to find fault and dig up old things ? I asked my hubby, 'I thought your brother said his wife holding big post and very busy ? How come so free to dig up past events ? Weekends no need to do housework meh ?'
This thread is my avenue to vent frustrations on those idiotic troublemakers. -
ya its gd to vent out.
when my mil stayed wif me, i didnt know abt this forum.
was bottling up till almost depression
