Water bottle?Okies - Took leave today and went down to get the following items:-
1) Casio watch ($20)
2) Popular's Ergo bag
3) Bata school shoes (valcro type)
Anything else you guys think i need to purchase?
By the way, now that the food is catered, how much money should we give our sons? Would they even need money for anything?
My son only know how to add up the correct amount to pay for his food but he is not very good in calculating the change if he pays more than the required amount. -
Don't think they need to spend a cent but I will still give him $0.50 a day. Will make him save the money end of the day. Remember to give them some $0.10 coins in case they need to make phone calls.

does MSH test kids on their phonics at p1 or p2 exams?

I read somewhere (think it's inside the booklet) to give them a Singtel phonecard as office phone is for emergency only, so maybe no coin-operated phones in school? Public phones outside are all card-operated ones too. -
can also ask them go general office to make calls.

Err.... actually i was thinking of $1.50 on monday and $1 on every other day... then the balance of the money (on a daily basis) save it in a piggy bank which he can use to buy toys that he like! (abit of 'encouraging saving for a rainy day concept)!
But then - scully my plan back-fire and he comes home with new erasers (from the bookshop) everyday! :stupid: -

Oh yah! Water bottle and wallet - forgot those 2!

I used to buy phonecard for my DS1 but everytime the card expires before he could finish using the value in the card.mum2jj:
