May i know how much u do all paid for the PCF uniforms per set? I just bought the uniforms $16 per set, but i happen to see that my friend paid only $15 per set. We bought at different areas. I taught that all the uniforms now are all the same, only the materials might be not same cause different areas different teaching method.

Ours is $13-16 per set, depending on sizes & whether PE or proper uniform.
PCF uniforms r still different, according to the branches.

I think there is no point comparing which preschool centre is ‘better’. In the first place, ‘better’ in what sense? Being able to count 1-100 and read x no. of words? What about processes like the love for reading and learning? Are these qualities also taken into consideration?

So far, the research seems to point to the fact that good quality preschool education matters more to children from disadvantaged homes, such as those born in poverty, with dysfunctional families etc. The main reason is that these children lack stimulation at home and the preschool is about the only place they get the stimulation.

Most children spend more time interacting with their families than their teachers in preschools; hence the interactions at home is more important. If you want to look for a good quality preschool, look for one that instils the love of learning in your child and staff builds strong relationship with the children in their care.

By the way, I’m in preschool education. Just my personal opinion.
