Phase 2B starts and ends at the same time for all schools. So there is no such thing as a \"first\" or \"second\"-choice. You can only register for 1 school per Phase, and you'll be informed at the end of that Phase if you are successful or not. If you are unsuccessful, you will have to join the rest of the parents vying for Phase 2C with no specific advantage that might be due to your participation in Phase 2B.just want to know is the registration date for phase 2B (e.g.) the same across the board? or depends on the school itself?? :?
I was just thinking, if a child qualified for phase 2B in 2 schools, went for registration for choice no.1 school (balloting required), but ballot unsuccessful, can he/she goes to choice no. 2 to register under phase 2B? if the result is out at the same time, dun think the parents can rush to coice no. 2 should choice no. 1 unsuccessful right? -
HI,
I am new here.
A friend’s sister in law managed to register her niece (her brother’s kid) into her alma mata at CHIJ.
Does anyone know how is this possible?
Does this require some kind of statutory declaration?
Thanks -

There are 2 days for 2B. Since you have PV in 2 schools you should make full use of your hard work. One of the strategy you can appear is on the second day of 2B, 1 parent to be at one of the school and the other parent at the other school say half an hour before the registration ends (4.30pm I think BUT please check MOE website). The school will show the number of applicants (1km, 1-2km and > 2km) on a whiteboard. Each parent must hold a complete set of documents (certified true copy) for the registration. So based on the number, the one with no balloting should submit the application. Hope this helps and wish you good luck.

But when I read the registration procedures, it states that we have to bring original documents for registration. This means that we cannot be at two schools at the same time since there is only one set of original documents. Is this the case? When you mention \"certified true copy\", who certifies them? Thanks in advance.

Thanks KSP.:)
can we try balloting at the more popular school (we are balloting at >2km)) 1st on the 1st day and then if cannot get a place, the other parent will register at the 2nd choice school?
workable?? :? -
Anybody knows what sort of documents to bring in the P1 registration?
If going to station 1 parent in each school how to have orginal document?
I hope every school would have at least 9-10 clasees in P1. Can we check the school now to see so that can plan some strategy method?
