I called up MOE and they said that the result slip is not necessary because the school has the records. My case is DSA though.

Regarding the Secondary one registration tomorrow, may I ask what are the stuffs needed to bring to the new school and what is the dressing code for the students? Do they have to wear their school uniforms there or just casual clothes will do?

Wear school uniform best. It's your last day wearing your primary school uniform officially anyway

School exercise books / foolscap. those stationery with the school names printed, you can only get from the school. And stuff like badges, buttons (for some schools).

$$$ is most important, especially those with black shoe and sock with school logo, remember few years back i saw people looking for ATM and call friend or relative to bring money for them. Good Luck!
