Called Pei Hwa yesterday. They haven't sent out the P1 classes yet but soon. Was told P1 would be called Integrity.
No I didn't get any letter either. Been waiting for it but it never came. Hope no P1 parent labels the books with the old allotted class names.Mrsbongz:
Same.. was trying to count which level it is too!! BTW, did any P1-to-be receive letters for the class alllcation changes? or are they gg to annouce only on the 1st day of school? was thinking it will b confusing to have 2 Loyalty 1 classes on that day...
Got a call from school bus though. Strange, 2 different buses to and from school. -

Yup, has been like this for dd when she was in P1 and P2, separate drivers. If I am not wrong, it will be the same driver for am session. The drivers who pick up the pm kids would also pick up the am session kids in the early mornings and sending them home in the afternoon and after CCAs.

I can understand your \"anxiety\" to find out more about Responsibility 9. Here's what I know about the top 10 (Top 8 effectively cos a few kids had the same scores).
1st - girl (overall: 29X)
2nd - 1 boy, 2 girls (overall: 29X)
5th - 2 girls
7th - 1 boy
8th - 2 boys, 3 girls
From positions 5th to 8th, they all scored high 28X. All from Ch2, except 1 girl (8th) from Fa2. 12 kids but only 5 scores. That's how competitive the class is.

In PH, S-band means the kids are banded from Humility 2 to Wisdom 2 based on their level rankings such that positions say 121st to Hu2, 122nd to Joy2, 123rd to Ki2, and so on to Wis2, then 129th back to Hu2 again, all the way to the 360th. -

yes, sounds improvement a lot. actually she was transferred from other school in last term, but then CH2 no vacancy... Which school was yours transfered from?

Mine is just basic conversational level...difficulties speaking to son's tutor :oops: My son's Chinese is in the average range until this year...plunged for SA2...don't know how to improve it next year. -

Subject-Banding. Basically the classes are band based on subjects instead of overall result. -
