Yeah, Every Year PH \"CONTRIBUTE\" about 10 to 20 P3 Top Students to GEP school, TO HELP them Maintain Top 10 School Status ....
Excellent for a non-GEP school to be ahead of the other 3 GEP schools in ranking. PHPPS can be easily be top 5 if given GEP status.Trapwithin:
Was just looking at the KSP Academic Ranking for 2010.
PHPPS has once again done well.
It climbs from Rank 8 to Rank 7 in 2010.
Once again, it has shown its potential by being the only non-GEP School in Top 10.
Kudos to all Students, Teachers and Parents.
The P has done well too.

Ha-Ha ....

So Next Year, Only PH Students (and Parents) will Know which level their kids R in ....
i still can't get used to the class naming. it took me a while to figure out which level is Responsibility....old man, so brain working slower....
For Outsiders, Will B Scratching their Heads .... :?
Even for Me, Only Familiar with My Gal's Level :
P6 = Resilience
Guess I Don't Have to Spend too Much Effort to Get Round to Knowing P1 to P5 Level Naming ....
R ALL Over for my Gal Already - la ....

Now I Always Joke with My Gal,
Huh, U in Resilience 9 in P6???? U Mean U have been Retain for 3 Years in Primary School????
Ha-Ha ....
  -

Not SO-la ....
You will see the gap widening next year and less duplicated positions as the syllabii get harder...
My Gal's Fa5 class Got 4 kids with same score got 6th position, about 4 kids with same score got 10th position ....
Surely CH5 Also Got many with same score .... Heard from my Gal Many FA5 students got better results than CH5 this year, so quite a bit of Re-shuffling of students from FA to CH next Year ....
So still very close-leh ....
So KS Parents still cannot relax -leh ....
Ha-HA ....
  -

Actually I would say PH parents can hardly relax...given the competitiveness of the kids and pressure from the principal to PERFORM

I see. Haha. Thanks for sharing, helps to be mentally prepared. I don't intend to relax lah...I was thinking the gap between scores will be wider as they progress to higher levels although duplicates in positions are still inevitable. My dd's P1 score was very close to next in position, in P2, her score and the next had widen. I believe competition is still imminent in the upper primary top classes so no matter what's their overall scores, they could still be pretty commendable and of a good standard.
