Yes, Rosyth accept working parents as PV. However, most of the works are to be carried out during office hours, so be prepared to take annual leave for this.

hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
err… Dun have any tips on the interview lah. Mainly the school wants to know your commitment level, i.e. are you able to take leave weekly/fortnightly to render your service to the school…

Could previous or current PVs advise when they would normally notify successful pvs for briefing?

It was only when I was asked to attend a separate briefing somewhere in mid Jul (notified a week earlier) ,that I knew that I have been selected as a PV.

Cartier,
The PTC on 29/5 was rather short. We were there on time but waited for almost 30 mins before it was our turn. The form teacher rushed through the session with us as there were still many parents behind us. She gave some comments about my dd…didn’t have time to go into details…I was a bit disappointed …didn’t get to meet the chinese teacher as the queue to meet her was also long …
For the june holidays, there is only 1 holiday assignment to make a lantern in preparation for the lantern festival. -

It must have been dreadful for you with the long wait and hectic manner the session was conducted. Probably one of the trade-offs with a huge and immensely popular school. Still, I appreciate your sharing with all of us.Cartier,

Did your dd have to take any 'entrance' test before being posted to her current class? -
