This year, the presentation slides were uploaded to the school website. Hopefully, you can find them there if the IT guy is on the ball. PHPPS is lacking behind in this area, hope that he will be more on the ball in future but i doubt so....
Maybe you can help
Unfortunately I'm unable to take leave during the first day of sch due to work commitments. So I'll ask dw to jot it down instead. But must forewarn you that dw has a totally laissez faire attitude towards all things academic, so she may end up recording the wrong things  .markfch:
Markfch, apart from CCA Koyok.
P will also sell the academic koyok .. to encourage parents to be involved in their kids work. It is also quite common that they will use the P1 first day to reveal the 2010 PSLE result. Remember to copy stats down and share share here.
TIA
You are from the IT industry right? -
E3:
So DD and you all ready for P3 Science next year huh?
You are right. I do see Digestive System under P3 assessment book. Those assessment books with a combination of topics chunked under the term \"Lower Block\" are the ones that I get a little muddled when attempting the questions. Hehe...that's y I need to be entirely sure the exact topics under each theme taught in P3 and P4 specifically in PH.Happy Mama:
I'm not sure, but I think it should be included because I saw somewhere a picture of the digstive system. Maybe comfy can enlighten us since her child has gone through P3 Science?

Thanks TrapwithinHappy Mama:
Does anybody know how next year's Pri2 class has been grouped? I heard that for P2, Respect 1 is the best class, followed by Respect 2 etc. Is this true? Shouldn't it be the other way round just like for P3 onwards? Many thanks!
No best class in P2. All stck to the same class as P1.
-
E3:
Hahahaha!! That's a good one!
Not distinctly from the P2 classes but you can scan thru the Prize-giving photos and roughly guess lor...only the faces, unless you have super eye-sight to see the names on their name tags.Happy Mama:
Oh I see... Hmm so we still can't tell who's the creme de la creme for P2s huh?
Heehee... just kidding la, E3. Totally agree with you! Better to be prepared cos come 4 Jan 2011, things are going to move like a bullet train i.e. top speed and very soon, it's CA1.
I'm getting very excited and kancheong too. My DH says I'm over kancheong. Haha!

If P sees dw taking video, I think she will be worried whether later will appear in Stomp or not, keke.
Hmm....take video?
I was not there on my dd's first day too. My dh was like your dw, so I make him video-take down everything.
Anyway dw definitely not so on-the-ball kind to take video for me. I think I'll get the update from her, then surreptitiously come here to verify whether what she tells me is correct or not  . -

Don't scare me leh Happy Mama, else I'm be the Sad Papa.
My mind already switched to energy-saving mode ever since I heard there's no streaming from P1 to P2. Too many flip-flops wait my engine go haywire how. -

Talking about 'lambat', I'm still waiting for PSLE 2009 results to be updated in the website. We're not even talking about 2010 ones, just 2009 .

Haha! Me too! Wonder what's taking them so long to update! Haiz! How I wish their website can be updated and current so that parents can constantly refer to it for information, instead of having to call the General Office.
