      E3:
      Hi,

May I know the time to report for am session? My dh and dd left home at 6:45am and reached school at 6:55am. There was already a short queue into school. I thought that was very early. Dh says not much traffic during that time. They took the PIE. Would it be advisable to leave home later, then both can sleep in a bit more? The traffic will most likely build up, I think, but should still be able to reach in time. Thanks.
Hi E3, they must reach school by 7.20am but if your DD is a prefect then got to be earlier. Not sure what time since Prefect Headmistress hasnt announced. I sent DD by front gate and she reached school at 6.59am so only a few cars before me to enter. But the moment my car turned out, there was a long queue waiting. So I think still better to reach around 7am. Just wondering, which gate did your DH send DD? I'm still trying out to see if front or back gate is better. Thanks.

Thanks Happy Mama. Yes, she's a prefect. My dh dropped her at Front gate. I guess we'll have to stick to today's time then, cos traffic can also be quite unpredictable, esp. on rainy days. Now, sending my no. 2 to Kindy, next week, no.3. πŸ˜‰

Dun scared him like that lah, teachers will give chance to P1 newbies πŸ˜‰

But when the Principal goes onto the stage, everyone better keep quiet (parents included hor)

last year, my p1 dd was punished during the 1st month of school. she was on mc for the first 2 weeks of school and maybe not familiar with the rules. she learnt her lesson and obeyed the school rules from that day onward...where got give chance one!!

My #2 is a super talkative boy. So far, he has not said anything abt being punished during assembly. Let me ask him today.

My elder boy just shared that those who talked were not always punished. Sometimes only. Must be smart to observe the surrounding before opening the mouth to whisper or talk πŸ˜‰
